Чернослив в мясном рулете

При планировании праздничного застолья хотим посоветовать попробовать это потрясающее блюдо – мясной рулет, он очень актуален на новогоднем или рождественском столе.

Составляющие:

  • 500 гр. мякоти свинины;
  • 100 гр. чернослива без косточек;
  • 2 зубчика чеснока;
  • 3 столовых ложки сметаны;
  • соль, перец по вкусу
  • горсть грецких орехов;
  • чайная ложка горчицы;
  • 2 столовых ложки оливкового масла.

Как приготовить:

Тщательно промытое мясо промокаем бумажным полотенцем. Дальше свинину разрезают вдоль волокон, для получения одного пласта.

Потом пласт легонько отбивают, солят, перчат и смазывают смесью из сметаны и горчицы. Измельчённый в блендере вместе с грецкими орехами чернослив выкладываем на горчично-сметанный соус.

Свиной пласт сворачиваем в рулет, закрепляем кухонной нитью, а затем обжариваем на горячей сковороде в оливковом масле, пока не появится золотистая корочка, а также добавляем в сковороду чеснок.

Заворачиваем рулет в фольгу, выкладываем на противень, наливаем в противень немножко воды и запекаем рулет в заранее разогретой до 200 градусов духовке в течение 40 минут.
