«Вырасту, и начну настоящую жизнь» — эта фраза слышится постоянно, каждый день от людей, которые собираются жить полной жизнью при наступлении желаемых обстоятельств. Выйду на пенсию, уволюсь, построю дом, и прочее… и тогда всё будет хорошо. К сожалению, нет, не будет.

Счастье не зависит от внешних обстоятельств, они всего лишь дополнение к тому, что мы уже имеем внутри. Если Вы уже не смогли стать счастливы от того, что вам предложила жизнь, то не сможете и потом, когда получите и желаемое.

Синдром отложенной жизни считается болезнью современной цивилизации. Умы большинства людей живут далеко в будущем. Разбогатеть, встать на ноги, обрести счастье, заняться своим телом, но делать все это когда-нибудь потом, сейчас на это нет времени. Хочется сделать что-то стоящее и по душе да не получается, так как «работа-дети-обязательства-условия жизни определённые — семья неблагополучная».

В течение двадцати лет работать без отдыха, без возможности уделить внимание своему духовному развитию, здоровью и отношениям с родными и близкими, и уже к 40-50 годам мы получаем слабо функционирующее тело, плохие отношения и глубокий внутренний кризис. Зачем и куда мы бежали всё это время? Купить машину, дом, квартиру, обеспечить детей. А детям то более всего требуется родительская любовь и понимание их проблем, чем папа или мама, которые круглосуточно пропадают на работе.

Дети нуждаются в доступе к опыту взрослых, к их мудрости. Они нуждаются в поддержке и присутствии родителей в их жизни. Но адекватных родителей, а не мамаш-истеричек и уставших подавленных отцов, которые с агрессией выражают свою позицию, им нужны родители-наставники.

В семье должна быть среда поддержки для каждого, кто в ней проживает. Большая часть детей растёт в семьях, в которых родители  не развиваются, и не работают над собой.  Мне кажется, что всё это происходит от того, что мы вообще не можем думать о смысле жизни. Живём в мечтах о будущем, не умея извлекать уроки из настоящего.

Конечно, по окончании школы, молодого человека ждёт колледж или университет, но ведь он не должен жить с мыслью в течение шести лет, что поступит в университет, и эти годы надо кое-как провести, чтобы они быстрее прошли. Конечно, он будет это университет, но сейчас ведь надо жить жизнью школьника, так как другого такого периода жизни уже не будет, и его необходимо прожить таким, какой он есть, получив максимум пользы от него.

Вы не имеете близкого человека, ну не сидеть же и не плакать, что хочется замуж или жениться? Будьте рады, что жизнь даёт возможность лучше подготовиться к встрече. Растите, развивайтесь, изучайте тему отношений, увеличивайте свой уровень компетентности, но будьте в настоящем. Общайтесь больше с друзьями и подругами, знакомьтесь с новыми людьми, занимайтесь здоровьем, работайте, ищите себя, а своего  человека Вы обязательно однажды найдёте. А какой толк присылать Вам нормального человека, если сидя на месте как великий зануда, Вы всё время твердите, что хотите отношений.

Всему своё время, каждый плод должен созреть. Ещё оказывается, Вы не достроили дом и не заработали денег. Через несколько лет, когда Вы со всем определитесь, Вы займётесь здоровьем. Допустим, а что, если Ваша жизнь окончится раньше, чем Вы это сделаете? Какое расточительство драгоценных лет.  Будете отдыхать, когда выйдете на пенсию, а отношения строить, когда накопите денег? Всё это ерунда.

Если Вы действительно хотите что-то получить, извлекайте пользу из сегодняшних жизненных обстоятельств. Не следует откладывать жизнь на завтра, она очень быстротечна. Принять своё вчера, думать о завтра, но жить в сегодня. Жить такой полной жизнью, которая возможна в вашей теперешней реальности. В каждом человеке внутри есть свой мир, и если начать приводить его в порядок, то всё внешнее с удовольствием начнёт вам сильно помогать.

Каждое мгновение люди умирают и рождаются заново, каждый миг — это великая красота жизни.  Загляните в себя, обратите внимание — какое красивое небо, какие прекрасные вокруг люди. Примите с благодарностью то, что есть, и не перекладывайте ответственность за собственное счастье на какие-то там обстоятельства из будущего.
