Спагетти карбонара с красным луком

Спагетти карбонара итальянское блюдо, но оно популярно во всём мире. Для приготовления этого блюда надо брать тонкие кусочки бекона, где мяса больше, чем жира.

Необходимые ингредиенты:

  • 250 грамм – спагетти;
  • 20 грамм —  масло сливочное;
  • 2 зубчика – чеснок;
  • 1 головка – красный лук;
  • 50 грамм – бекона;
  • 200 миллилитров – сливки;
  • 50 грамм – сыр пармезан тёртый;
  • 4 штуки – яйцо куриное;
  • Соль и чёрный молотый перец – по вкусу.

Пошаговое приготовление

  1. В просторной кастрюле вскипятите воду и сварите пасту на 1 минуту меньше, чем указано на пачке.
  2. Паста варится. На сковороде разогрейте сливочное масло и обжарьте мелко нашинкованный лук, ломтики бекона и чеснок, до аромата чеснока и жареного бекона.
  3. Уберите сковороду с плиты. В глубокой ёмкости хорошо размешайте 4 желтка со сливками и тёртым пармезаном. Всю массу посолите, поперчите и ещё раз тщательно размешайте.
  4. В приготовленные спагетти добавьте обжаренные с луком и чесноком дольки бекона. Затем влейте состав из сливок, пармезана и желтков, хорошо перемешайте. Блюдо подавайте горячим, посыпав его натёртым сыром и чёрным молотым перцем.
